Russian President Putin signs ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ Agreement

On Monday 23 July, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law ratifying the Agreement on the establishment of the ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ Organization, and the Agreement on the Privileges and Immunities of the ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ Organization. The Russian Upper House of Parliament, the State Duma, had already approved the documents on Wednesday 27 June. The signature of President Putin concludes the full ratification of the ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ Agreement by Russia.
