ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ Values and Competencies
Each staff member working at ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ is required to maintain a strong commitment to the implementation and perpetuation of the ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ safety program, project values and the ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ Code of Conduct. This ambitious scientific project is held to the highest standards, and so are its employees. ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ staff put forward their best work and strive to create a work environment that is defined by the ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ values of collaboration, accountability, respect and excellence (CARE). The CARE values are a framework that guide our actions and define the culture and spirit of the ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ Project. We perform our work with care, we care for the well-being of our colleagues, our families and ourselves, and we care about the health of the planet for generations to come. Collaboration

We are accountable for the whole project. We take responsibility for our specific actions and are transparent in our daily work. Our contributions are made with care and attention to quality and safety, and with the awareness of their impact across the ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ Project.
